Choose Your Winterization Package
STANDARD WINTERIZATION
$150 per camper
Complete winterization for a straightforward RV plumbing system.
Includes:
• Fresh-water tank and water-heater draining
• Accessible low-point water lines
• Water-heater bypass, when equipped
• Hot and cold water lines protected with RV antifreeze
• One kitchen and one bathroom
• Toilet, shower, sinks and drain traps
• Exterior shower and city-water connection, when equipped
• Standard antifreeze and ordinary consumable materials
Best for one readily accessible camper with standard plumbing and no specialized water-using appliances.
PREMIUM WINTERIZATION
$300 per camper
Expanded winterization for campers with additional plumbing systems.
Includes everything in Standard Winterization, plus:
• Cleaning of one RV air conditioner
• Winterization of up to two of the following special plumbing systems:
• Second bathroom or half bath
• Outdoor kitchen plumbing
• Refrigerator water dispenser or ice-maker line
• Washing-machine connections
• Dishwasher plumbing
• Tankless water heater
• Black-tank flush connection
• Water-filtration or dedicated drinking-water system
• Accumulator tank or accessible auxiliary water component
Cleaning of a second RV air conditioner is an additional $75.
Additional special plumbing systems beyond the two included are $35 each. Hydronic and Aqua-Hot systems require a separate quote.
Before We Schedule Your Winterization

• Customer name and phone number
• Campground or camper location
• Site number, when applicable
• Approximate date you expect to finish camping
• Information about washers, dishwashers, ice makers, second bathrooms, tankless water heaters, or other special plumbing equipment
• Keys, access instructions, or gate codes when needed
The camper must be unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time. Holding tanks must be emptied before winterization.
HOW ROUTE SCHEDULING WORKS
We group customers by campground, location, and approximate final camping date. This allows us to complete multiple winterizations efficiently during scheduled area route days.
The $150 Standard and $250 Premium prices apply to designated campground routes.
Off-route travel, difficult access, urgent late-season requests, repairs, and unexpected equipment may result in additional charges. Any additional work will be discussed before extra charges are incurred.

Contact us as soon as you know approximately when you will finish camping. You do not need to select an exact appointment date. We group customers by campground, location, and approximate final camping date to create efficient service routes.

Standard Winterization is $150 and covers one readily accessible camper with one kitchen, one bathroom, one standard water heater, and conventional plumbing. Premium Winterization is $250 and includes everything in Standard plus winterization of up to two additional plumbing systems, such as a second bathroom, outdoor kitchen, ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher, or tankless water heater.

Yes. The black and gray holding tanks must be emptied before the scheduled winterization. The camper must also be unlocked and accessible, with keys, gate codes, or other access instructions provided when needed.

Yes. We provide on-site RV winterization at campgrounds, seasonal sites, and private properties throughout the Lake Francis Case service area. You do not need to move your camper to a repair shop.

We need your name, phone number, camper location, campground and site number when applicable, approximate final camping date, and information about any special plumbing equipment. Please also provide any keys, access instructions, or gate codes we will need.

Contact us immediately if freezing weather is approaching. Urgent late-season service is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Your RV is not protected from freezing until the winterization has been completed.
